1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the 9bots service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9bots ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Service Description
9bots provides an automated video generation and YouTube publishing platform that allows users to:
- Generate video content using AI technology (Google Gemini API)
- Automatically upload videos to YouTube channels
- Schedule and manage video publication
- Track video generation jobs and status
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must:
- Create an account using Google OAuth authentication
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your YouTube channel complies with YouTube's Terms of Service
4. YouTube Integration
4.1 YouTube API Usage
Our Service uses YouTube Data API to upload and manage videos on your behalf. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
- You grant us permission to access your YouTube channel as specified in our authorization scopes
- You remain solely responsible for all content posted to your YouTube channel
- Your use of our Service is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service
- You must comply with all YouTube policies, including Community Guidelines and Copyright policies
Important: Violation of YouTube's policies may result in your YouTube channel being suspended or terminated. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from YouTube policy violations.
4.2 Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to content generated and posted through our Service. However, you grant us a license to:
- Process and generate content on your behalf
- Store media files necessary for service delivery
- Upload videos to your YouTube channel as instructed
5. Payment and Points System
5.1 Points and Credits
Our Service operates on a points-based system:
- Points must be purchased to use video generation services
- Different video types and modes cost different amounts of points
- Points are non-refundable once purchased
- Unused points do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies
5.2 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through our payment gateway (PromptPay)
- All prices are in Thai Baht (THB)
- Payment confirmation may take a few minutes to process
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
5.3 Refund Policy
No Refunds: All payments for points are final and non-refundable. Points cannot be converted back to cash or transferred to other users.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 Prohibited Content
You may not use our Service to create or upload content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Includes pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
- Contains misleading or deceptive information
- Violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or policies
6.2 Service Usage Limits
We reserve the right to impose limits on:
- Number of videos generated per day
- Number of active jobs per user
- API usage and request rates
- Storage space for generated media
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
All aspects of the Service, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by 9bots and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 AI-Generated Content
Content generated using our AI services (Google Gemini API) is created based on your input and preferences. While you own the generated content, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions
- You are responsible for ensuring content does not infringe on others' rights
- We do not guarantee the originality or accuracy of AI-generated content
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service "As Is"
Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
- Successful upload or performance of videos on YouTube
- Compatibility with all devices or platforms
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9bots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Account Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:
- All unused points will be forfeited
- Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
- Active video generation jobs may be cancelled
9.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- You abuse or misuse our Service
- Your YouTube channel is terminated
- Required by law or legal process
10. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Cloud, YouTube, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Sending email notifications for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
